Trendjacking requires agility and a quick response, as trends can emerge and fade rapidly. When done successfully, trendjacking can help a brand stay relevant, increase engagement, and reach a wider audience. However, it's essential to approach trendjacking with caution and ensure that the association with the trend is authentic and appropriate for the brand, avoiding any potential backlash for opportunistic or insincere attempts to piggyback on popular topics.

Engage in group discussions to explore the utilization of content pillars and strategies in the context of a curry puff business. Collaboratively identify relevant content pillars inspired by the approach taken by Starbucks and brainstorm innovative strategies to transform an ordinary 50¢ curry puff into an enticing product with a price point four times its original value. Each group should articulate at least three content pillars and devise a strategy for each, providing a comprehensive understanding of the significance of content marketing in social media for brand promotion. The objective is to deepen awareness of the role of content pillars and strategies in effective brand communication within the realm of social media marketing.
